COVID-19 NOTICE

We at Ted Hess & Associates are open for business and operating during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are committed to serving you and your families.

We are taking necessary measures to protect our clients, staff, families, and our communities from COVID-19. We will be limiting the amount of people coming in and out of our office in Glenwood Springs.

We are open and operating during normal business hours. We will hold all meetings and consultations by phone, Zoom, or, in an emergency, in-person. Our pricing for consultations is as follows:

• $100 for immigration consultations by phone or Zoom;
• $200 for immigration consultations in person;
• $50 for Criminal Defense/Civil/Employment consultations by phone or Zoom;
• $100 for Criminal Defense/Civil/Employment consultations in person.

You may call our business line at 970-945-5300 during normal business hours and receive the same quality service we have always been committed to. We will continue to work on your case and provide you with the best customer service possible.

If you have an in-person appointment, you will be required to wear a mask inside our office. Please bring your own and/or use the masks provided at our front door. We respectfully ask that all in-person appointments be attended by only two people maximum.

You are welcome to call our office and speak with your Legal Assistant at any time during normal business hours. If you need to drop off documents, you can use the dropbox on our front door. You can also contact your Legal Assistant to arrange the best method of delivery.

Please do not come to our office if you have any symptoms or may have been exposed to someone with symptoms.
